Things to know: Family Volleyball Night - Saturday, Oct. 30 at Pioneer School - 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. Honor Coach Linker - Play volleyball - all grades welcome! Parents can play, too!!! Tuition - Please remember that October tuition payments are due. Unless other arrangements have been approved through the school office, tuition payments are due the first week of every month. SAVE YOUR RECEIPTS FOR FREE EDUCATIONAL EQUIPMENT We are very excited about a program that Trinity Lutheran will be participating in this year. From Sept. 1, 2004 to March 30, 2005 we will be able to turn cash register tapes from Brush Grocery Kart and Edwards Market into educational equipment that we otherwise would be unable to purchase. Our goal is $100,000! You can help us by shopping at Brush Grocery Kart and Edwards Market. Then, give your register tapes to your child to bring to school. There is a collection basket in each classroom. The students in each class are competing to see which class can collect the largest dollar amount in tapes. The prize for the winning class will be a big pizza party! We will do two periods of competition - the first running from now until Jan. 7th, 2005. The second will run from Jan 8th to March 30th, 2005. Items that are not eligible are alcohol, tobacco, money orders, gift certificates, gas, and stamps. The class totals so far are: Pre-School - 231.79, Kindergarten - 242.12, 1st-2nd - 132.73, 3rd-4th - 190.94, 5th-6th - 396.47, and 7th-8th - 169.98 Total - $1,364.03 Keep In Your Prayers -Please keep Jared Wilgenburg (Grade 1) in your prayers while he recuperates from illness.
