TRINITY TIDBITS TRINITY LUTHERAN CHURCH: Services at Trinity Lutheran Church are held each Sunday at 8:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Sunday School and Bible class are held from 9:15 - 10:15 a.m. Please join us for worship. CONFESSION What sins should we confess? Before God we should plead guilty of all sins, even those we are not aware of, as we do in the Lord’s Prayer; but before the pastor we should confess only those sins which we know and feel in our hearts. Which are these? Consider your place in life according to the Ten Commandments: Are you a father, mother, son, daughter, husband, wife, or worker? Have you been disobedient, unfaithful, or lazy? Have you been hot-tempered, rude, or quarrelsome? Have you hurt someone by your words or deeds? Have you stolen, been negligent, wasted anything, or done any harm? CONFESSION What sins should we confess? Here consider your station according to the Ten Commandments, whether you are a father, mother, son, daughter, master, mistress, servant; whether you have been disobedient, unfaithful, slothful; whether you have grieved any person by word or deed; whether you have stolen, neglected, or wasted aught, or done other injury. USED INKJET CARTRIDGES: We are recycling used inkjet cartridges. The company pays $2.00 for each empty inkjet with printhead, regardless of brand and model. Remember to bring in your cartridges. CHAPEL: Our total chapel offering collected to date is $852.99. The chapel is being designated to T.I.M., Trinity in Mission. SPRING PORTRAITS: Spring portraits are being sent home with the students. IF YOU DO NOT PURCHASE PICTURES YOU NEED TO RETURN THE PICTURE PACKET! Please follow the instructions with the envelope for purchasing pictures. Packets and money need to be returned to the office by Friday, April 16. TUITION: Please remember that tuition is due the first of the month. Thank you. KINDERGARTEN & 4TH GRADE: Please remember to pay for swimming in the office. Thank you. BASKETBALL: Players please remember to return your jersey to the office. Thank you. EXTRA PIE: We have an extra pecan pie $10.00. CANDY BARS: The preschool class is selling See’s Candy Bars to help raise money for work to be done around the school. Each bar is $1.50 and you can choose from the following: milk chocolate, milk chocolate with almonds, milk chocolate with toffee, or dark chocolate with almonds. You can purchase candy bars in the office. Thank you for your support! A MUSICAL MOMENT IN MAY: All students are invited to participate in this year’s spring recital to be held on Tuesday, May 4, at 7:00 p.m. Interested musicians need to fill out a sign up form and return it to the office by Friday, April 16. Musical numbers must be memorized and performers need to introduce themselves and the title of their piece. NO SCHOOL: Please remember that we will not have school on Good Friday, April 9, and Monday, April 12. FIRST GRADE: The first graders will be taking a field trip to the Fort Morgan Museum on Thursday, April 15. We will leave school at 1:50 and return around 2:45.
